The first filly we ever bred and kept, "Rose" is the Queen of Grand West, a solid riding horse with an excellent mind and perfect conformation. Thankfully, Rose set the pace early on for structural perfection and is the ideal we have continued to pursue. She has a huge, soft eye that reveals her kind ways. If you had to pick a horse to take you to hell and back and never take a wrong step, this grand lady would be your choice. Kaiyoum was Reserve US National Champion and though he died in 1995 he remains a broodmare sire of lasting significance. At 14.3H, Rose is one of his taller daughters. In retrospect I should have bred her more and ridden her less...... but she was such a great companion it was difficult to be without her.

"Annie" was another gift from the great broodmare sire, Kaiyoum and one of his last foals. She possesses all of the traits that made him famous; excellent legs, a long elegant neck, large eyes, and a pretty face. Adding Erros to the mix gave Annie beautiful movement which she passes on to all her babies. She gets prettier and prettier with age and is beginning to look surreal - almost like a painting.

Nick named "Sly" because she can outwit any horse and most humans, Sly was Sherri Graves's personal saddle horse. She is also a class A halter winner and a Region 8 Top 10 Yearling Filly. She is feminine, very correct, and even tempered - a true product of the golden cross of Fame VF to Kaiyoum. Sly had a bay colt by Polish National Champion Piaff in 2007and a grey colt by Eden C in 2010. She is calm and sensible, and when you are riding through Yellowstone National Park and can be as far as 50 miles from the nearest road, it¹s very comforting to know you are on a horse you can totally trust!

This mare is a full sister to Silver Lace GWA, and was the personal riding horse of Sherri’s father, Edward. She is incredibly quiet tempered and wise. This mare is the dam of two, 2003 colt Avalons Mist by Spring Feverr and 2008 mare Linda Lou GWA by Night Runner GWA. In memory of Sherri and Edward, this mare is retired from breeding and is now enjoying living her life out in the beautiful Wyoming landscapes.

Promises Promises is a classic example of a beautiful Arabian mare. A reflection of her 75% Polish/25% Russian bloodlines, she is feminine and balanced. Sired by Polish National Champion Piaff (Eldon x Pipi by Banat), and out of a very special daughter of Russian import Menes. This mare has bloodlines to valued bloodlines, old and new.

Linda Lou is a product of three generations of GWA breeding! She is a soft, sweet, beautifully balanced mare. This classically picture perfect mare has the perfect temperament to match! We look forward to many days and years of enjoying this wonderful Arabian mare.

Cimmaron Dove is the result of some careful long-term planning, and the results exceeded expections. She is a gorgeous mare that will make an outstanding representative of the breeding program. Her sire, Kouvay Bey, was all but forgotten when Sherri Graves (breeder) remembered his beauty and charisma. He is a Scottsdale halter champion (1994) and US Top Ten Futurity Colt (1994), who does a tremendous job of stamping his get (who are both performance and halter champions). Her dam, also bred by Sherri Graves, was a result of the known successful cross of Desperado V and Khemosabi bloodlines. This cross seems like a golden one, as this mare appears to be the “real deal” and something to base a future breeding program on.

This is the last filly out of Sherri’s beloved foundation broodmare, Kaiyenne (by Kaiyoum++). She is sired by the recent Scottsdale sensation, Pstrategy. He is a product of famed halter sire Padrons Psyche and aristocrat producing mare Bey Shahs Lady. Ava Maria is a beautiful, feminine little girl who we all have great hopes and dreams for!
